Swarm Technology to Be Awarded Its Second Patent for IoT and Robotics Applications

L-com Releases New M12 Connectors, Coupler and Receptacles

NORTH ANDOVER, Massachusetts, Nov. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- L-com Global Connectivity, a preferred manufacturer of wired and wireless connectivity products, announced today that it has introduced new M12 products that include connectors, receptacles and a coupler. These products are designed for industrial control and factory automation, test equipment, I/O connectivity, sensors and actuators, harsh environment applications and industrial Ethernet networks.

L-com's new M12 field termination connectors consist of three configurations: 8-position X-code male, 4-position D-code male and 4-position D-code female. These fully shielded, IP67-rated connectors allow for termination of M12 cables in the field. They are capable of terminating 22AWG to 26AWGconductors without any special tools and operate in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees Celsius to +85 degrees Celsius. The D-code versions are rated for up to Cat5e speeds and the X-code version is rated for up to Cat6a performance. 

The new M12 4-position D-code coupler is fully shielded, IP67-rated when mated and supports Cat5e applications. It can be used as a coupler, adapter or gender changer. The coupler is panel mountable and has an operating temperature range of -25 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius.

L-com's two new M12 8-position X-code receptacles are offered in front-mount or rear-mount styles. Both receptacles are fully shielded and IP67-rated offering Cat6a performance. The outer connection is an M12 X-code receptacle and the internal connection is a solder/PCB mount-style interface. The operating temperature range for these receptacles is -40 degrees Celsius to +85 degrees Celsius.

Prize Mining Receives Permit for Drilling Program on the Toughnut Property, Commences Drilling and Announces $1.15 Million Flow Through Financing

CALGARY, Nov. 28, 2017 /CNW/ - PRIZE MINING CORPORATION ("Prize" or the "Company") (TSXV:PRZ) (OTCQB:PRZFF) (MQSP:GR:FRANKFURT) is pleased to announce it was issued a Mines Act Permit from the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources of BC authorizing mineral exploration activities, including a drilling program, on its Toughnut Property.

Drill crew mobilization was initiated last week, and drilling has commenced on the first of four high-priority targets. A total of 1,700 metres of diamond drilling on 7 drill pads is being planned. This program is expected to be completed by December 15th, 2017.

New targets identified through our summer exploration campaign and known mineralized intercepts from previous drilling will be tested during this program. With the drilling permit in hand for the Toughnut Property, we will finish the year both drilling and looking forward to our results from the recently completed drilling program on our contiguous Daylight Property."

The four high-priority targets were generated using a combination of ground magnetic survey, soil/rock sampling from our summer exploration program and historical data.

The location of a rock sample from the Gold Eagle showing within the Toughnut Property, taken during the summer 2017 program that assayed at 2.8 g/t Au will be tested as a high priority target.  The location of historical drill hole VTN11-010 will also be tested.  This hole returned 1.22g/t Au and 2.71 g/t Ag over 29.72 metres and included a higher-grade zone of 4.4g/t and 6.1g/t Ag over 2 metres (2011 Diamond Drilling Assessment Report on the Toughnut Property).  A soil anomaly from the Company's summer program that returned 8,000 ppb Au (8 g/t Au), with several corroborating samples taken in the summer 2017 exploration program that returned assay values of in the range 200 ppb Au, will also be tested as a high priority target.

Lucky Drilling Ltd. of Castlegar, BC is engaged for both snow removal activities and drilling operations.

$1.15 Million Private Placement

Prize also announces that it intends to complete a non-brokered flow-through private placement financing for proceeds of up to $1.15-million. The private placement will consist of the sale of up to 2,300,000 units at the price of $0.50 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share issued on a flow-through basis for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and one-half common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.65 per common share for a period of 24 months from the closing date of the private placement.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used by Prize to continue its drilling program on both the Daylight and Toughnut Properties in 2018.

Prize intends to close the private placement on or about December 5th, 2017. Prize may pay finder's fees consisting of cash and/or securities in connection with the private placement.  The completion of the private placement is subject to Prize receiving all necessary regulatory approvals, including approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

The judges' evaluation of the $38,990 base Alfa Romeo Giulia convinced them of the car's overall prestige. Out of this year's three impressive finalists tested at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles' Arizona Proving Grounds, the MOTOR TREND judges named the Ford F-150 MOTOR TREND's 2018 Truck of the Year winner.

For 2018 Truck of the Year testing, Ford provided four variants to show the breadth of the changes made under the hood. BMW India was the title sponsor for 117th edition of the most coveted Indian Open Polo Championship held from 22nd - 26th November 2017 at Jaipur Polo Ground, Race Course Road, New Delhi. The event saw a distinguished gathering of more than 2000 guests who came to witness the spectacular game with participation from top seeded professional players.

Witnessing grace and power - both on and off the field, the event gave spectators an opportunity to experience the BMW 7 Series, High performance models from the BMW M range - the BMW X5 M, the BMW X6 M and BMW Motorrad bikes such as BMW S 1000 RR, BMW R 1200 G S Adventure and BMW R 1200 GS which were displayed at the BMW Indian Open Polo Championship.
The BMW Indian Open Polo Championship match saw enthusiasts of the game along with members of the Royal families, celebrities, and socialites turning out to show their support for the event. Some prominent names include Ms. Yashodhara Raje Scindia, Mr. Kenji Hiramatsu, Japanese ambassador to India, Ms. Manasi Scott, Singer and Mandira Virk, Fashion Designer.
The Indian National Championship for Polo was established in the year 1900 and is one of the most prestigious tournaments in the country. A special BMW lounge was set up for distinguished guests who were immersed in a complete BMW experience.
